Founder & CEO
Coming from humble beginnings where the only way to make it to your dreams was to improvise. I left my neighborhood and everything I knew to find more resources and opportunities in Mira Mesa. That move didn't come without sacrifice. I had to wake up at 5am every day to catch the city bus, four years straight. No parents around to take me to school. No one making sure I made it on time. I still did my best with a two hour commute every day. That kind of sacrifice taught me that sometimes it's the uncomfortable decisions you make that shape your discipline and fuel your passions. I believed if I did my best, the best would come to me in due time.
I landed a job as soon as I was approved with a permit. Started as a file clerk and worked my way up to executive administrative assistant, directly under the CEO. That's where my business mind was formed. Attention to detail and a desire to be everything I could be. Encouraged by my mentors, I followed my dreams to pursue football at the college level and earn a degree. I received my Bachelor's in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Business.
From the beginning I knew I wanted to make a real impact in my community and for people who needed it. It wasn't until a career ending injury that stopped me from reaching my childhood dream. Unable to attend the Senior Bowl or the draft, it was the frustration and heartbreak that had me think hard about how I could have done better and what I needed to make my journey more attainable.
With one dream at an end, I decided to start over by improvising once again. This time using everything I learned along the way. My business background, my dedication, my knowledge, my trials and my accomplishments. I decided to bring all of that experience by being exactly what the game needs.
